I want freedom, mostly from going to a job and answreing to mean and hate filled people everyday.  It is exhausting, and not the good kind of exhaustion.  When I get up really early on a day off and do a whole bunch of stuff that I have wanted to get done of go to the beach all day long, then I am exhausted, but in a good way.  When I get home from work I am also exhausted, but for what reasons.  The stress of the angry rude people that talk to me like I am garbage is one reason.  The fact that I probably made my company a couple of hundred bucks on just what I did that day.  Knowing for working so hard for someone else, I will not get rewarded, likely ever, with any kind of raise. 

That is the shitty kind of exhaustion that I am tired of feeling.  I need to work harder, come up with more ideas, network, take a freaking gamble in life and go for it.  What do I have to lose???

I got an email this morning from someone that was probably trying to sell me something, or will tomorrow at least, and he said that nobody should use Google analytics because they will screw with your rankings if they figure out you are an IM'er.  So I listened and it is now gone again.  Who knows what the hell to believe???

I have had kstats installed for a while and that gives a decent amount of information.  Enough at least.

On top of that, they will start him at a salary of $89,000 a year, and I make about $105,000.  I also have accrued four weeks of vacation per year and about 100 sick days, which I will never use because I am a good little employee and I come in sick rather than inconvenience them and call off for the day to rest.  The new guy will have no sick time to start off with and only 2 weeks vacation for the next five years, assuming they don't change that policy and make him/her wait even longer to get that third and fourth week vacation.

The boss tells me the guy at the top couldn't give two fucks about how much experience I have, how good a job I do, and how much my customers love me.  If I don't do exactly what they want and bascially agree with everything they say, then I can take a walk.  They don't care.  By the way, my pay has consistently gone down starting in 2008.  But whenever I have mentioned it or said anything that might remotely sound like me not being happy, there response is always the same, "if you aren't happy, feel free to leave:)". 

I work and deal directly with the public for ten to twleve hour shifts.  I do not get lunch breaks, I eat a quick bite in between customers if I have time.  I do not ge to go to the restroom when I need to all the time.  If I am busy, I hold it, sometime I am too busy to urinate for an hour to two hours straight.  I work sick, hungry, and haveing to pee or poop extremely often.  For that, all I get is "if you are not happy, leave".  Makes you feel like shit.

I read a lot of James Altucher.  He has a freaking awesome blog and a couple of books as well.  Basically, he is all about you being on your own and wants everyone to start their own business and work for themselves.  He recognises that ninety nine percent of corporations in America are nothing more than a bunch of scumbags.  They take and take and take and giving nothing back to their employees.  Profit is up at my company from about 750 million net in 2007 to 1.3 billion net this year.  My pay has steadily gone down during those years.  Thanks:)

I have been blessed to never really been worried about job security, even through the recession, until the past 6 to 8 months or so.  It has really begun to dawn on me that there are a ton of new graduates with a lot of student loans, that would love to have my job and would be willing to do it for about twenty percent less than I do it for right now.  I know one hundred percent that within the next two years, probably much sooner, my boss is going to come in and tell me that I must take a fifteen percent paycut.  If I say anything but ok, I will be gone. 

And for what, so the man at the top can shove an extra million in his pocket at the end of the year.  WTF is going on in this country? It is truly sickening.  I have a wife and son to support, and I don't think I should have to worry about my job when not only am I doing a great job, but my company is making over a billion dollars a year in net profit!  How bout a thanks and a freaking raise?  

I need to stop rambling, I just don't know what happened to businesses feeling any sense of responsibility to take care of the employees that work so hard for them.

This all comes back to my point though that I need to make money on my own and not depend on anyone else, especially a company that doesn't give a crap about me.  This is why my quest for a home income system is so important to me.  It is virtually risk free except for time lost.  There is no huge investment that comes with opening a store or a restaurant.  All it takes is time, at home on top of that.

HighPRSociety is bascially a company that offers backlinks, but they claim they are more quality backlinks than you find at other sites.  It is a sleek looking website with lots of black and gray, I guess to try and look kind of upper class, which it does. 

The site is very simple and easy to navigate.  It has three main pages once you sign up, your account page, dashboard, and projects.  They are all pretty self explanatory and are just what they say pretty much. 

They offer four different types of link building.  They offer hompage links, contextual links, blog comments, and also the good old article marketing.  You buy credits each month and then you can use your credits however you would like to.  I spent just $25 and that bought me 1,000 credits.  What I did with those credits is buy 2 PR4 homepage links,  one PR3 link, two PR2 links, and finally a PR1 link, all homepage links.  So it will cost me $25 each month to keep those links right where they are.  Homepage links are by far the most expensive.

I bought the hompage links just one week ago, and so far my traffic is exactly the same as it was before.  Usually though when I do any SEO work, I like to wait a good 4 weeks to see how it finally plays out and where my site will settle.  So I am not going to do anything else except add content for the next 3 weeks and then see if my traffic and ranking has gone up or improved at all before I decide what to do with the new links.
